In poetry there can often be found great truths missing from the empty lives of those who focus on consumerism, breadwinning, economics and sentimental attachment to all things fleeting like dust. But first they must learn again to hear... as only a child can hear. This gift is usually thrown away.

Some of the poets I've hung out with do not accurately differentiate between poetry and prose. Poetry is supposed to have a sense of meter when you read it. I believe that most of my writings in this section are poems or songs. Many other Vincent B. Rain poems and songs on file, will gradually be added here.
